Read food magazines to know about the benefits and harms of different foods. Avoid foods that can lead to obesity. Obesity is the main reason for many diseases. Eat healthy, take exercise regularly. 1) Take a grated tomato and wrap it in cheesecloth. Put it on your eyes for 10 to 15 minutes. After passing the time, wipe it off and apply any cream on eyes. It will help to get rid of dark circles.
2) Mixture of pineapple juice and turmeric can be applied on dark circles to get rid of.
3) Take mint leaves and crush them very well. Now apply this paste on dark circles for some time.

5) Take a vitamin E powdered capsule and rub it around your eyes then take mixture of egg white and honey and wipe off your eyes. This will help to reduce the dark circles.

Repeat it twice a day to remove dark circles. You can also make cocktail of tomato juice and a small lemon juice to drink. Drinking this cocktail twice a day also helps removing dark circles.
